There are presently 4 pending sales in the Berkshires  that are listed over $1 million (no guarantee they all will sell over the $1 million dollar listing price). So far as of this date we have 7 total sales in 2019 over $1 million dollars.  This leaves a total of 113 Berkshire County MLS properties as active listings in the price range at or above $1.5M.   The total number of sales over $1 million last year (2018) was 23 for all of Berkshire County.
