Our classes are small by choice in order assure that you have access to the instructor and the learning tools that you need to pass the State Licensing Exam the first time. Our single focus is to prepare you for the exam. Your textbooks are included in the fee. We provide a comfortable and friendly learning environment.

Berkshire Real Estate CEU classes

Our mission is to provide innovative CEU classes by delivering Massachusetts State Board of Real Estate approved courses. Each course provides the learner with 2 CEU credits. We anticipate offering each course as FREE service to licensed agents through sponsorship of local agencies involved in real estate transactions. Pre-Licensing Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Course

This course provides a basic education in the theory of real estate, real estate terminology, various types of transactions and calculations required to pass the exam. Our goal is to provide the student with the ability to solve fundamental problems inherent in real estate transactions.
