Pre-Licensing Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Course

Berkshire Real Estate School's Pre-Licensing Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson course (40 hours) is required to take the Real Estate Board Exam.  This course provides a basic education in the theory of real estate, real estate terminology, various types of transactions and calculations required to pass the exam. Our goal is to provide the student with the ability to solve fundamental problems inherent in real estate transactions.

You may retake the class free if you fail the exam until you are able to successfully complete the exam.  The curriculum taught is that required by Massachusetts State Law.   Providing you with a solid real estate knowledge base is only part of the classroom instruction.  Test taking skills are also emphasized as preparation for the exam.
