We had several parcels with buildings for sale in Williamstown listed with a commercial broker for 6+ years. We were frustrated with the lack of progress and attention from that broker. We thought a change would help but we didn’t know who to go to. We looked at the local realtor’s websites and then we looked at their closings. It was clear that Paul Harsch was the broker for us.
We have had great success in closing two of the three properties over the last 8 months. Paul is the consummate professional. He is a wealth of information and exhibits great energy in putting the deal together and, more importantly, holding it together until the closing. He gets involved in the details; he offers solutions and is an outstanding communicator between parties. When you sign on with Paul to market your property or help you find the perfect property, he becomes laser focused on filling your need. His vast experience comes in very handy when issues arise. I don’t think there is anything he hasn’t seen before. At times his energy carries the whole process forward. I know in our two cases both buyer and seller were grateful that he helped guide us along.
If you decide to list or buy through Paul Harsch, you need to understand that the expectations you may have for him are minimal compared to the standards he sets for himself. He is the consummate professional and at times, a miracle worker.

Mr. _____ has proven to be quite the challenging individual and you have had incredible stamina for dealing with him. There have been moments when I have wished another 15 years of no potential buyer upon Mr. _____, but you helped us get over that and realize that we really do love that little piece of land. You have amazed us again and again with your patience for our unending questions and for leading us novices through this process.

In my practice up here for 30 years +/-, I have never seen a broker with as much knowledge about all facets of real estate - - - - as Paul

To whom it may concern,
We started our forever home search in October 2016. We applied online for a USDA loan that covered 100% financing, no money down, and a low interest rate which was perfect for our family. Through this online mortgage company, we were put into touch with a local realtor, Paul Harsch. 
Upon speaking with Paul on the phone, we immediately got a good feeling from him. He warned us that sometimes online mortgages can go south upon purchasing the house, but we felt comfortable with the company and chose to stick with them. During our home search, we researched many different areas and properties.  Paul was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to what we wanted.  Each time, Paul showed up with enthusiasm and knowledge about the property. He was beyond exceptional with our two young children, making them feel included and welcome in the home search (whereas, we thought we might need a babysitter for each house appointment.) Paul was calm and collected through the whole process when at times we thought all hope was lost. We have emailed him countless times, at times wearing his patience I’m sure, but not once has he ever shown frustration or annoyance in dealing with us. 
Once we found our forever home and made an offer, our online mortgage went south just as Paul suggested it might. He proceeded to jump through hoops to get us local financing and grants to allow us to purchase this home comfortably. He has gone above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. We will forever be indebted to Paul and will always recommend him when searching for real estate.

What impressed me was your ability to navigate between a difficult tense situation between a divorced couple putting their house on the market.  You have a keen sense of thoughtful diplomacy and an incisive knowledge of the real estate market which supported us in moving ahead with a certain sense of confident ease.  That is invaluable in what could be a very difficult situation. 
In all of this, I do want to appreciate you, Paul, for your patience, diligence, clear mindedness, diplomacy and thoughtfulness as you have navigated the sale of house on Main Street.

Paul Harsch was a fantastic professional. He worked so so hard in the most difficult circumstances to get our home sold as fast as we had hoped. Besides all the terrific marketing and negotiating he did for us he went way above and beyond the norm in other ways too. For example, he cleaned off the porch and deck as needed and even went to our house with his own chain saw to cut up a very large fallen branch when we couldn’t get a tree person to show up. After a poor experience with another broker in the past we were so lucky to get Paul, a master at his profession bar none. Eternally grateful for his great work. 

Thank you Kevin - we did it! We got a discount Christmas tree and spent most of the afternoon decorating/breaking ornaments. It was lovely. Thank you for everything you did to make this a reality, I can't believe we made it into the house before the end of the year. We are ecstatic - and slightly terrified (in the best way). We certainly will send folks your way as we come across them - we have nothing but good things to say about the dedication and wisdom you brought to this entire process.
